Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if the feeder needs to be reset?

Press and hold the reset button for approximately 8–10 seconds. After the feeder resets, reconnect it through the Smart Life app.

What should I check if a scheduled meal does not dispense?

Confirm that the correct feeding days and times are selected in the app, make sure there is food in the hopper, and check the dispensing area for a possible blockage.

Use dry kibble within the recommended size range, keep the food container dry, and periodically check the dispensing area for food buildup or obstructions.

Can I use the feeder on public Wi-Fi?

Public Wi-Fi networks are generally not supported. A secure home Wi-Fi connection is recommended for the most reliable performance.

Why does my feeder keep disconnecting?
